Terms of Use

1. Operator and acceptance

These Terms form an agreement between you and Roberta Virzi PT at the address below. StormLift Labs is a product operated by Roberta Virzi PT, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42094735. You must be at least 18. By selecting the acceptance control in StormLift, you confirm that you meet the age requirement, have reviewed the safety notice and accept these Terms.

2. The service

StormLift is a free mobile app for Android and iOS for general fitness planning, workout creation, import, tracking, history and progress review. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases or advertisements. Features may change when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or service improvement.

3. Licence and acceptable use

Roberta Virzi PT grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for lawful, non-commercial purposes. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, extract protected third-party content except through provided features, or use it in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

4. Adaptive workout features

The Adaptive Workout Generator, Adaptive Coach, Workout Journey and related features produce automated, rules-based outputs from the information and preferences you provide. They are not represented as artificial intelligence. Review each workout, exercise, load and progression before use. Outputs are general fitness information, not individualized medical prescriptions or guarantees of safety, performance or results.

5. Health and exercise risk

StormLift is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. It must not replace qualified healthcare advice.

Exercise involves inherent risk. Choose appropriate exercises, loads, technique, warm-up, progression, recovery and surroundings. Stop immediately and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience pain, dizziness, injury or unusual symptoms. Before starting or changing exercise, consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have an injury, symptoms, pregnancy or a health concern.

6. Third-party content and translation

StormLift uses licensed YMove exercise content, including exercise information and media. YMove and other third-party content remains owned by its respective rights holders. Availability may depend on those services.

On Android, Google ML Kit provides automatic on-device translation of supported exercise guidance. Translations may be inaccurate; check the original where precision matters. Learn more at translate.google.com.

THIS SERVICE MAY CONTAIN TRANSLATIONS POWERED BY GOOGLE. GOOGLE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATED TO THE TRANSLATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. Your content, exports and backups

You remain responsible for files and information you import, enter, export or share and must have the right to use them. StormLift does not claim ownership of your workout records or profile data. Eligible app data may participate in Android or Google backup and device transfer, or Apple, iCloud or iOS backup and device transfer, according to your platform configuration. StormLift may also let you create manual backup or export files. StormLift does not operate those platform backup services, and files you save outside the app remain under your control as explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and warranties

Roberta Virzi PT will use reasonable care and skill in providing the app. Third-party content, media, translations and network-dependent features may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. Nothing in these Terms creates a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, fitness results or compatibility beyond rights that apply by law.

9. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intent or gross negligence where applicable, or any mandatory consumer right. To the extent permitted by law, Roberta Virzi PT is not responsible for loss that was not caused by its breach or was not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

Dutch law applies. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or access to courts available under the law of the country where you habitually reside. Contact Roberta Virzi PT first so a concern can be addressed informally; your right to use an available court or consumer dispute process is unaffected.

11. Changes and ending use

You may stop using StormLift at any time and may delete app-managed local data through Settings. Deletion does not remove exported files or historical platform backups outside StormLift’s control. Roberta Virzi PT may discontinue or restrict the app where reasonably necessary, subject to mandatory consumer law. Material Terms changes will carry a new effective date and, where required, renewed in-app acceptance.
